This is a typical dinner menu that we cook back at home. You will learn how you can make a fish ( silver king mackerel) in a typical mangalorean style , hands-on experience with a complete curry (Dal Fry), rice(Basmati Rice) and a veggie dish (beetroot poriyal) to go with it.

After we cook these dishes, we all sit down together and eat what we cooked for the day or you take home the food you have cooked to share it with your family.


Knowledge Required
This is a Beginners cooking class. So all you need to know is how to cut some vegetable if not I can teach you that as well:)
 
What to bring
Just a small bag and your take away lunch box to take home what you have cooked for the day!
