Come with your mum and learn together the art of homemade gnocchi with a pink twist, stuffed calamari, a true Italian Mama soul food tradition, and a delicious berry pannacotta! For this fun Italian cooking class, everything is provided and we will also be making a refreshing Italian cosmo on arrival.

After having fun cooking together, we'll all sit to savour a delicious Italian feast. Spend some quality time with your Mama, strengthen your bonds, learn something new and keep celebrating your mum by recreating these made-with-love Italian dishes to cook at home!

Since our inception in 2012, we have expanded our NSW locations to Broadway, Circular Quay and Drummoyne plus our Sydney beachside additions Cronulla and Dee Why.

Originally based at Bourke Road in Alexandria, we have re-located our ‘Salt Meats Cheese Kitchen’ cooking school to our Circular Quay venue. At the same location is our newest addition, the fabulous rooftop Bar Ombre by SMC, now open for dining, sipping and events.
