Authentic Indian Cooking
Indian food as it exists in Australia in food courts and restaurants is generally nothing like the food we (Indians) cook and eat at home. A few years ago, people's perceptions about Indian food made me realise they weren't aware of what Indian food actually is. This motivated me to share my food culture and journey with others.
As a North Indian, I cook dishes from many North Indian states, but I also lived in many different parts of India and hence can make South Indian meals too. I love all of it and would love to share a little bit of the authentic Indian food culture with you!
