Learn the benefits and taste the delights of homemade Kimchi in this hands on fermenting workshop.

Kimchi is a staple in Korean cuisine, both because it's delicious, and it has a range of health benefits. During this session you will learn all about the health benefits of kimchi, as well as how to make your own jar of kimchi from scratch. You'll flavour your kimchi and then take it home to eat.

Garlic, ginger and veggies already go so well together, but once they are fermented the different depths of flavour will continue to surprise you!
