Highly informative, effective while being very entertaining. Our chef Paul provided lots of extra hints and tips on the dishes we cooked and possible alternatives with the same ingredients. We learnt lots about various flavour choices in each dish and how to store and use leftovers. I highly recommend it.

We learned to prepare some delicious and easy to follow recipes. Our teacher was a lot of fun and it was a nice size class which made it easy to get yo know everyone. We really enjoyed the class as well as the amazing food.

We had a great insightful class with Paul. He taught, showed and educated us on ingredients and when to add, the next step and why you do things in the particular order. Delicious fresh food, cooked from scratch and what you don't eat, you take home.

Really enjoyed this class on fundamentals, where the focus was on the "why" of cooking as much as the "how". A great class for beginners and for people who can follow a recipe but want understand more about cooking holistically.

Just fantastic! Paul was a wonderful teacher, very encouraging and lots of simple easy steps to build our confidence to cook the amazing Spanish dishes at home. Plenty of food to learn how to prepare the dishes with thoughtful chef tips home cooks can master. Paul has a great fun personality that quickly made the group comfortable and a very entertaining activity for any level of home cooks can master. Loved it and will look at some of the other classes Paul runs at Yes chef!

$175 is a lot to pay per head but you get what you pay for. Paul was outstanding - friendly, funny, knowledgeable with high quality produce and kept our drinks full all afternoon. An all round professional. We will be back again.

Our class was very relaxed as there were only 3 of us (another called in ill) so we were able to ask all the questions we wanted, have many laughs and enjoy beautiful food and wine. My sister and I purchased the class as a Christmas Present for our teenage sons thinking they might learn something. They thoroughly enjoyed the class, saying it was better than they expected! Such a great experience! I enjoyed every second of it and would absolutely come back for another one of Paul’s classes, maybe French or Spanish next time!The 4 hours flew by. It was really hands-on, never felt overwhelming, and had just the right amount of detail. I came away feeling like I’d actually learnt something, while still having heaps of fun.Paul is a fantastic teacher. He made everyone feel comfortable, and you can tell he’s genuinely passionate about what he does, which made the whole experience even better ️I also loved the mix of people in the class. I came on my own, but there were couples, other solo attendees, and people of all ages. It felt really welcoming, and I’d happily recommend it whether you’re coming by yourself or with someone else.The only accessibility thing to note is that the bathroom is upstairs, so that may be something to keep in mind for anyone with mobility limitations. Other than that, the space is beautiful, clean, and really inviting.

Fantastic fun!!! We loved this very hands on Spanish cooking class. Paul was very knowledgeable and freely shared tips and tricks for stress free cooking. His teaching kitchen is small but perfectly formed so that you really get involved. We prepared a range of tapas, cooked a paella each according to our preferences for ingredients and ate our success. Delicious! Then to top it off some churros to finish. The evening was full of fun and laughter. Very highly recommended.

Brilliant again! This is our second class. I gifted the fish cookery class to my 14 year old son and he was keen to do another, so I went with him and my 11 year old son. We will definitely go back for another course. The teacher (Paul) is so friendly, knowledgeable, calm, and makes everything fun. We learnt the techniques then had a go at preparing the fish and making our own sushi. It is a course for adults, but my sons very much enjoyed it too. I would very much recommend the teacher and the class.
