What you'll do
Statement earrings are here to stay and are the perfect accessory. If you’re looking for things to do in Canberra this weekend, make your own handmade earrings, and even showcase them to your friends later on in the evening! It’s also the perfect hens party activity or birthday party if you’re stuck for ideas!
In this two hour workshop, you’ll create two pairs of dangle earrings. An expert designer and maker at Eddies Studio will guide you through the techniques needed to make your own signature stud and dangle DIY earrings.
With access to the studio’s extensive collection, consisting of an array of different colours and types of beads, you can get as creative as possible. You’ll learn all the tricks and tips you need to make your unique handmade earrings. This includes learning about different findings, like jump rings and earring backs, and how to apply them to your designs.
All you need is included in this workshop: all tools, wire, jewellery hardware and decorations. Just bring yourself!

This workshop is suitable for everyone, whether you’re new to beading or a more experienced maker looking to take their designs to the next level. This workshop will help you create a stunning pair of statement earrings that you’ll no doubt want to show off!
