In this hands-on class, Georgie will walk you through all the fundamental techniques to decorate your own unique cookies using royal icing. You will learn the tricks of the trade of outlining, wet on wet, and flooding in different stages to create 3D effects.
As you apply each technique, Georgie will share her tips and tricks to help guide you to achieve a smooth and clean finish with ease ready to share with your loved one.
Decorating cookies is a fun activity to take part in and can be applied to many other cookie designs and occasions
At the end of the class, not only will you have a box of decorated cookies to take home, but also the confidence of using royal icing to decorate cookies on your own in the future.
