What you'll do
Join us for a fun pottery clay and glaze class where you'll learn basic ceramic techniques to make your own ceramic tags and ornaments as well as basic glaze painting techniques to paint and decorate your own creations!
For this one-hour, interactive Zoom class, you'll receive a DIY pottery kit including hand building clay, wooden tools and glazes, as well as firing for six items.
Your instructor, Bruna Rodwell from Glaze Galleria, will walk you through how to use the tools in your kit and go through, step-by-step and show some examples of tags and Christmas ornaments just in time for the holiday season!
After the class, the ceramic pieces need to be glazed and fired in a kiln. This process makes your ceramics stronger. All dinnerware is then food-safe and microwave-safe.
