On the search for a meditation class that's completely personalised to your needs and preferences? Join Julie Bray in the beautiful South Bank Parklands for a completely unique and memorable experience!

During this class, you'll discuss your meditation needs and your teacher will guide you through some meditation techniques that might work for you. You should leave feeling refreshed and with plans to use them regularly.

Your teacher, Julie, has 10 years of experience and two qualifications in teaching a wide range of techniques and outcomes for meditation and mindfulness.

At the end of the class, you'll be emailed a meditation plan that will help you set off (or explore further) your very own, individual meditation path that you can use for the years to come!

I have always been a painter, a meditator and a teacher, and I love helping people create their own art. I have two degrees in visual arts and I have exhibited worldwide. I also studied meditation and yoga extensively 10 years ago (including trips to India) and over the years I found that using meditation and mindfulness helps to encourage creativity and courage when I use it in my teaching. I have lived in different parts of the world and when I lived in Japan I learned how effective ritual could be and how a meditative frame of mind helps us to focus.
