Looking for fun Brisbane activities? By popular demand, we give you our express advanced pasta making masterclass!

In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn how to make pasta from scratch and experiment with shapes and styles. Check out our photos - this class is full of fun, shapes and colours. This is a step up from your ordinary pasta! Fancy fillings and sauces will help you WOW your family and friends.

The Express Pasta Menu:

O Ravioli Doppo, Caramelle and Cappelletti pasta - learn a new language while you cook
With delicious fillings such as Mushroom Pate, Ricotta and Walnuts, Spring Peas and Ricotta
And silky sauces to master including roasted capsicum sugo, creamy parmesan and burnt sage butter

This class is available for vegetarians, but unfortunately, we cannot cater for vegan, dairy-free or gluten-free options.

Follow our step by step, fail-safe recipe that will produce amazing fresh pasta and learn the secret authentic Italian ingredients that really make your dish and how to use them with ease.

At the end of this fun and interactive class, sit down to enjoy a delicious pasta meal that you can accompany with a glass of wine or a refreshing gin cocktail from our fully licensed bar!

Please note:
The menu is based on available seasonal produce and sauces are subject to change at the experience provider’s discretion. You will work and cook together as a team, and shared a workspace and the kitchen equipment with other participants. A group cooking session with partial group participation is the most effective and fun way to add to your cooking skills. To ensure the class finishes on time some elements of the dishes are demonstrated.

Guests will work in pairs on a table of 4.

Support Workers, Interpreters, Aids, everyone must book and pay to enter. Please be understanding, due to the layout of the class and safety & enjoyment of all guests, they must book in too.
