Cocktail Making Class

Unleash your intrepid taste buds and embark on a sensory journey to discover the abundance of tasty edibles literally at your feet and within arms reach, at these mobile cocktail making classes in Sydney!

Crafted with passion and prepared before your eyes, this cocktail making class will introduce you to the inspirations behind Trolley'd's freshly foraged flavours and aromas. Since 2013, Trolley'd's gimlet eye has proudly focused upon creating uniquely flavoured beverage syrups comprising organic, native and wild foraged produce.

Combining expert instruction with an exploration of the natural world, the team at Trolley'd will share their knowledge of this process including the history of wild edibles, how to recognise them in their natural environment and how you can incorporate them into your drinks via the art of wild food and drink making.

Whether it's a corporate get-together, a hen's getaway or a birthday treat, these classes are a memorable and unique way to kick start your next event.

Please note:

• A minimum fee of 12 guests for events between 5 pm Friday to 5 pm Sunday and a minimum fee of 10 guests at all other times.
• Travel fees may apply to events more than 30km outside of Sydney CBD.

All abilities are welcome.
  Classes run for 90-minutes to two hours and everyone will create three to four cocktails or mocktails from a delicious seasonal menu.

We are fully mobile so we bring the fun to you! Let Trolley'd take care of everything so you can just sit back and enjoy the flight. Our classes are inclusive of:

• All equipment, ice and glassware
