Begin the class with a complimentary glass of wine and seafood canapes to get you excited for the evening ahead. You will then learn how to make the perfect Singapore chilli crab and stir-fried green beans with garlic under the guidance of our expert seafood chef.
The sheer joy of this class is in the eating – dive into this messy and decadent meal with your hands and then mop up every last bit with steamed mantou buns for a truly authentic cultural experience!
