What you'll do
Experience fragrant and flavourful Thai food from the comfort of Vanilla Zulu's kitchen in Brisbane. In this beginner-friendly cooking class, you will learn how to cook three authentic Thai dishes from scratch.
Over three-and-a-half-hours, you will make an incredible three-course meal using fresh and seasonal ingredients. Be guided by our friendly, expert chef as you cook up a storm and learn how to make your own curry pastes from scratch.
The Thai 2 Menu:
Available Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten Free (spring rolls are not gluten-free, we have rice paper rolls for you)
- Pork or vegetarian house-made spring roll with dipping sauce.
- Traditional green curry with paste made from scratch using authentic ingredients.
- Sticky rice and all the trimmings for your curry.
- BBQ chicken with Nam Jim sauce
Everything is made from scratch so we will need to spend some time going patiently through each dish. Our delicious menu is subject to the availability of ingredients so exact recipes may vary.
This Thai cooking class is interactive and hands-on and has been designed for those who have a passion for food and cooking, but perhaps lack the skills or confidence to make their dishes shine! You will experience how fun, creative and fulfilling cooking can be.
At the end of the class, you will get to enjoy a Thai feast of all your delicious creations and will return home with a free recipe booklet filled with other amazing dishes for you to try at home.

- Our venue is fully licensed, strictly no BYO.
- Groups of four or more guests will get their own private table.
