You'll learn how to cook and prepare the canvas and piping for the cake, mix and tone colours for piping and create your own 3D Jelly Art to take home on the day to share and show off to your family and friends.
What you will learn:
- Properly preparing the canvas and piping
- Mixing colours
- Piping a flower design into a jelly canvas.

Taking a different perspective on the relationship between food and art, T.U.B's third Jelly Art uses a plant-based jelly as the main ingredient that we match with other ingredients and complementary flavours to create yummy desserts that embody fine piping and carving techniques and the ability to envision an idea in 3D together with a harmonious mix of colours to form our creations.
