What you'll do
​In our Cupcake parties, you will learn about the fundamental skills for creating a professional tasting and looking cupcakes. You will learn everything you need to know to ensure perfectly baked cupcakes time and time again. You will be baking these cupcakes from scratch.
In the 2.5 hours you will:
- Not have to weigh out anything, we do that for you!
- Work a mixer like a rock star or get your hands dirty!
- Mix and bake moist cupcakes with a fine crumb & delicate crust.
- Colour & pipe buttercream.
- Colour, roll & cut fondant icing.
- Decorate cupcakes that will dazzle and impress everyone.
Our Chef will share all his knowledge and tips gained from years of baking and teaching.
