Come along for an amazing journey through the secrets of Italian traditional gnocchi making art: the best ingredients, the traditional techniques and the top tips to prepare your gnocchi from scratch, all in this Sydney cooking class!

During the class, you will learn how to make the real Italian gnocchi, soft and tender potato pillows, melting in your mouth with three exceptional sauces:

  • The perfect and delicate tomato sauce
  • The true Italian pesto sauce
  • The decadent gorgonzola and walnuts cream

At the end of the class, you will enjoy a full lunch menu featuring a mixed organic vegetable salad, three types of gnocchi and a complimentary glass of organic wine.
