What you'll do
Join us for a three-hour action-packed, yet completely relaxed French cooking class in Brisbane. At the end of the cooking lesson, you'll enjoy the amazing three-course meal you've worked together to create!
Learn to create delectable textures and flavours and how to combine them to deliver sophisticated French cuisine. With an experienced chef to guide you through you will help prepare the delicious meals and then enjoy eating them too.
Your French Menu:
No dietary substitutions available sorry, this indulgent class contains eggs, dairy, meat and gluten.
- Whipped butter with truffle paste
- Freshly baked mini-baguette served with whipped truffle butter
- Tarragon and porcini stuffed spatchcock, Porcini Jus, Petit Pois
- Creme Brûlée classic and timeless with tappy, tap sugar top
Each table will share the cooking of these dishes on the day, some sides and sauces may be made for the group.
