What you'll do
Discover how to get the perfect pour with expert baristas from Roastville Coffee in Marrickville. In this intermediate-level class, you will learn techniques to make beautiful latte art.
Throughout this workshop, you will become confident in pouring heart, tulip and rosetta latte art. You will also understand the science and skill that comes with crafting a perfect cup of coffee.
Class overview:
- Master milk texturing (full cream/alternative milk).
- The positioning between body/cup/pitcher.
- Ergonomic grips.
- The pouring flow.
- Master rosetta, heart and tulip latte art designs.
Please note that you must have completed our Introductory Latte Workshop or an equivalent workshop to be able to attend this class. Please contact your teacher if you have any questions.
