Learn How to Weave at Home

2. We'll deliver a Box to you - this is a physical DIY craft kit containing the materials you'll need. Shipping is free, and it should arrive within 2-5 business days. We ship nationwide.
3. Enjoy the online class. After booking, you'll receive a link to a Zoom meeting. At the time of the class, use that link to join. During the class, you can easily ask questions and get immediate responses. Zoom is free and easy to use, on any device. You're in control of your privacy - you can mute yourself and hide your webcam if and when you prefer.

In this fun live streaming class, you will learn to weave with a portable and simple loom with materials that you may already have on hand.

We will cover everything from a brief explanation on the concept of weaving, to the different types of weaving equipment and the terminologies used.

You will learn how to dress the loom (putting warp on a frame loom), how to identify what yarn is appropriate for warp and weft, and how to use various techniques to create textures, patterns and colours.

During the class, you'll have the chance to weave with a variety of material such as yarn, fabric and fibres and will use a finishing technique for your woven piece so that you can take it off the loom.

Yarn bundles are available to purchase as an add on to your kit. Yarn bundles contain 100g of yarns recycled from other projects making them perfect for small weaving projects.
