A Mom and Me Class for Moms/GrandMoms/MrMoms and kids.
(each child must be accompanied by an adult)

In this class, you will learn the basics of crochet and make a small nest for animals rescued from bushfires. If we have enough time, we will also start making a small pouch.

During this class we will cover the following:
▪ How to choose appropriate yarn and hooks
▪ The basic stitches required to make nests
▪ How to read and follow a simple pattern
▪ How to make a small nest (and maybe a pouch)
We will also discuss how to donate nests and other items to help animal survivors of bushfires.

Please note: This class will only be offered for a limited time, at a special reduced rate, to benefit this charitable cause.

Class size is limited to a maximum of just eight participants, ideally four kids and four adults, so be sure to register by 1pm, on Wednesday, for the class to be held at 1pm, on the following Saturday.

Usually taught in a non-smoking venue with air-con. No drinks or snacks are permitted during class.

If your child is living with disability, or is not within the recommended age range, please contact me before booking so that we can be sure they will be a good fit for this class, or to discuss other options.
