DEMONSTRATION CLASS
In this interactive class, Annie from Annie Makes Cakes will teach you how to make a delicious and professional layered mocha cake from scratch. Annie will demonstrate how to make fillings and sponge recipe in big portions, and then the portions will be divided individually between students for spreading and finishing.

Students will learn:
- the tips and tricks to spreading fillings and sponge mixture for baking
- how to put together the four layered cake and final decoration

CAKE DESCRIPTION
The cake you will be making and taking home with you is a four layered Tiramisu Cake (8-10 servings). Blankets of vanilla sponge soaked in espresso syrup, and filled with layers of cream cheese and mascarpone filling, dusted with cocoa powder.

TAKE HOME
Annie will also be sending you home with a dessert taster box with her most popular cakes from Annie Makes Cakes.

Time: 11am-2pm/3pm (depending on speed of students).

What to bring
- All equipment and apron is provided
- Bring a camera to take heaps of photos of your work
- Bring a pen to take notes
- Please wear closed-in and non-slip shoes, long pants and plain T-shirt.
- No washing required! So stand back, relax and absorb as much information as you can!
