What you'll do
Looking for unique indoor activities to spice up your list of things to do at home? Try your hand at polymer clay earring making in this fun live streaming class!
You will work with your experienced teacher Zara, who will guide you in creating your very own marble stud earrings. In this class, you will make at least three designs, and learn the absolute essential knowledge and skills to go on and create your own designs in the future.
Your kit includes enough clay to make another six to eight pairs, and your class will leave you with the knowledge and confidence to do this all on your own!
Each pair is a beautiful unique artwork, and through the class Zara will explain the basics of working with polymer clay, show you how to condition and manipulate your clay, share some easy ways to pattern your clay and adjust your methods to create an infinite number of patterns for future projects.
We'll have fun and create some beautiful jewellery together, by the end of this live online class, you'll have made at least three pairs of customised stud earrings and have gained all the skills to continue creating your own jewellery masterpieces at home.
Knowledge required
This class is suitable for beginners who have never used this medium before.
What you'll get in your craft kit
Basic Box Contains:- Clay (approx 10g/colour), random assortment provided of 3 colours (please specify any favourites!)
- 1 scalpel
- 1 toothpick
- 1 needle
- Glue
- 2 Pairs of Earring findings (2x, surgical steel or 2x sterling silver)
Please note - if you choose Previous Student Box, you have already completed a class of mine on Class Bento, and therefore have the necessary tools that I have previously supplied you with. You will receive any additional tools you require for this specific project and the clay, glue and earring findings that are required. You will NOT receive a new set of tools, so please ensure you have everything from your previous classes before selecting this option. You MUST be a previous student to select this option.

Really enjoyed this class. It was my first introduction to working with polymer clay and making my own earrings. I have a small obsession with earrings and have been fascinated by the amazing things I see people make with polymer clay for a while now, so it was great to dive in and try my hand at it!
Zara was a great teacher, easy to follow and understand via Zoom and the set-up of her camera to show both her and the earrings she was making was very helpful and clear.
