Over a decade of experience teaching thousands of students
Having studied art therapy my philosophy on teaching pottery is that it should be fun and easy so you can expect lots of humour and laughter at one of my sessions.
I've been teaching pottery for more than a decade and have had television appearances on both Channels 7 & 9.
I'm a member of the acclaimed Bundeena Maianbar Art Trail which features many well known artists including Archibald winners.

Hi Mary, I would like to attend your teapot making class with a friend but she is 7 months pregnant right now. Do you think her belly would get in the way? I just want to make sure she would be comfortable doing these classes.
I've had pregnant students in the past including one who was at least 6 months. If your friend can comfortably sit over a table then she should be fine.
How long is it between making the teapot and drying and firing it?
After you make the teapot on the day it is left at the studio to be air dried, glazed and kiln fired twice. The process takes about four weeks and you will be notified once the teapot is ready. It can be posted to you (extra charge may apply for this).
