Massage Masterclass is a three-part pre-recorded massage video series specially curated for those working from home and cannot go out to have their regular massage sessions to destress, relax and let loose those stiff back, shoulder and neck muscles.

This is a series of simple follow-along massage videos that will definitely make you and your partner feel nice and relaxed in the comfort of your own home. Use each video as a separate relaxing experience - depending on how much time you've got. Swap over so you both have a chance to massage and be massaged.

What you'll need
  • It's best to have a clean, quiet space where you can move around and relax with your partner especially if you're doing video 1.
  • Set the mood and ambience by having some scented candles which we will provide, and your relaxing playlist to go with it.
  • . If you're doing video 1, try doing it on the floor using a yoga mat or something similar with some towels to protect your chest and cover your body to avoid feeling cold while your body is being massaged.
  • Have your massage oil ready.
  • Prepare some nice warm towels to clean the feet before starting and to wipe the body as you finish each body part.
