What you'll do
This relaxing Blue Mountains class, "mindfullada" is the perfect time to set your intentions and focus on gratitude as you learn how to create your very own mandala collage. Lady Bird Studio / Karinya which has expansive views over a valley of trees, the property backs onto the national park.
Join this enjoyable and mindful workshop, which is perfect for beginners, as you are guided to create a striking mandala collage that uniquely represents you.
The act of creating a mandala collage; cutting, pasting, layering coupled with an intention setting creates a deep connection to your artwork.
This class is run in a small group (max. eight students) in a great location, with no art experience required.
At the end of the class, you will take home your own unique mandala collage.
Please note: The workshop will only go ahead if there are two or more participants - anyone booked will be moved to a new date that suits them.

Fran is a visual artist, explorer and connector.
Fran is a local jewellery artisan, Ladybird Design, creating bespoke jewellery for over ten years. Ladybird Design is where each jewellery piece is a unique design and individually handcrafted.
Fran has always been creative and has a Bachelor of Arts, Visual Arts. She has been painting, card making and creating collages for over 27 years.
Since moving to Blue Mountains in 2017, Fran has continued to create art, mainly bespoke jewellery and teaches workshops on jewellery, painting, card making, collage, printing and bees wax wraps.
She'd like to share the joy of creating and making with you.

A very enjoyable afternoon! When we arrived everything was ready & prepared to relax, learn & have fun. Fran led the group through all steps of the project pacing it so that everyone could keep up. There was plenty of shared & inclusive conversation & afternoon tea to keep us going. At the end there was a range of very colourful & unique versions of the same project and we all left pleased with our creative efforts. I’d definitely recommend this as an easy & fun class to attend, great value & a lovely afternoon to boot.
