In this informative, hands-on workshop you will learn to organize healthy meals, shop better, store food, and use all that you buy step by step with Valerie from Green Living Australia.
Learn how to plan healthy meals and write some weekly menus to learn how to do mindful meal planning, which will save you money, something that's important in today's world.
Did you know that food waste reduction is all about planning? When you get that right, you not only reduce waste but also save money!
Light refreshments will be served during this workshop.
Please note:
- Please be mindful that the venue is located on the second level, so will be accessed via a staircase. There is unfortunately no access for wheelchairs to the second level venue.
- This ticket is proof of purchase of the above event and must be presented at the time of admission.
- The event organiser has all rights to film, photo and video production of this event.
- If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, an option of a rescheduled date or a refund will be issued to all patrons.
- If the event is cancelled in its entirety due to insufficient ticket numbers sold for the event, Capalaba Creatives the sole and absolute right to:
