Does your teen get stuck in their thoughts? Get caught up in judgments and worry about the future or the past? React emotionally to things happening around them? Want to improve their sleeping patterns? Want to improve their concentration? Want to perform better in exams?

This live streaming mindfulness class is here to help them with all of those things! The teenage years can be tough, so it's important to be equipped with the skills to handle the hurdles thrown at them

In this class, your teenager will:

  • Learn powerful skills to help handle stress and the challenges of daily life- one step at a time.
  • Calm a busy mind.
  • Improve your communication and transform difficult relationships.
  • Awaken the wisdom that is already inside them!
  • Sleep better.

This class will include simple meditations and discussions to help teenagers better understand how to access mindfulness in everyday life.

I am an accredited Mindfulness Facilitator specialising in corporate programs. I am a registered Mindfulness Facilitator with the Australian and International Meditation Teachers Associations, a Genos Emotional Intelligence Assessor and Coach, NLP Practitioner,Mental Health First Aid Trainer and a Registered Sleep Coach.

I also teach community mindfulness programs for adults and children. My own children’s “Zen Warrior” Mindfulness Program is featured on Qantas in-flight entertainment via Kinderling Kid's radio.
