Join us for a Mini Moss Garden Workshop as part of Sydney Craft Week.

In this variation of a kokedama or moss ball, we'll create a mini Japanese garden in a 'masu' (wooden saké cup). Perfect for adding instant zen in your room or work desk!

We'll be using sunagoke moss, a self-sustainable moss that has high tolerance to dryness and feeds on CO2 and air pollutants to grow. It's fuss-free and easy to take care of, just spray or sprinkle some water when it looks dry.

What you'll get
A masumoss kit including sunagoke, sands, rocks, tea ceremony "zen" charcoals and masu made of Japanese cypress (W14cm×D14cm×H8cm), which we will assemble in class.
 
What to bring
A basic kit will be provided but please feel free to bring decorative items (figurines, rocks, etc)
