What you'll do

With a glass in one hand and a paintbrush in the other, enjoy a memorable night with your friends, family, or colleagues by joining artist Samantha as she guides you to paint a masterpiece you can show off to the world!

Our art classes are completely beginner-friendly and your teacher, Samantha, will guide you through the painting process and accommodate any creative level! This is a perfect experience for creating lasting memories with friends or family, birthday parties, hens nights, team building, and corporate events.

Got an image in mind that you'd like to paint? No worries! Samantha can cater to your interest by structuring this experience with an image of your choice. Just simply type in your idea in the space provided when you book or email us with your selected image and we'll handle the rest!

Our events are aimed to be held within your home or venue of your choosing as Samantha is happy to travel to your destination with your art materials ready to go. BYO is totally up to you and all you have to do is rock up with a smile, a positive attitude some tables, chairs, and you're ready to go.

2x paper palette plates
A set of short-handled synthetic paint brushes
Canvas panel

What to bring

A jar or container of water
A small, old cloth towel that you don't mind getting messy (You will use this to dry your paintbrush as you paint)
A paint shirt and table cloth is recommended to protect your furniture and clothing from paint
Bring a small easel if you have one

My name is Samantha Borda and I'm an artist, art teacher, and the owner of Hola Arte where I provide art classes to children and adults which I believe to be incredibly rewarding and inspiring as I'm passionate about sharing my knowledge of art with the world!

I teach a range of art forms such as painting, drawing, watercolour, oil painting, pastels, charcoal, markers, prismacolor, clay, sculpture and more! In my art classes, I can assist students with personal projects such as art competitions, school work, or any artworks they enjoy creating from their imagination. I’m also welcoming of people with special needs and we can discuss how we may structure the class to help with a person's specific requirements.

I graduated from the National Art School with a BA of Fine Art where I majored in painting, and I'm currently studying a Master of Teaching (Secondary) with my focus subject being Visual Art.
I aspire to be a secondary Visual Arts teacher where I aim to use the knowledge I gained from my previous and current studies to teach students of all ages.
