Lesley is the owner and operator of For Heaven's Cake, based in Coogee. Although working in finance for much of her professional life, Lesley had always had a passion for baking. Ten years ago she decided to take the plunge and change careers, training in Baking and Pastry at Sydney TAFE. Whilst attending this course, Lesley discovered a love of cake decorating, which led to her starting her own business producing celebration cakes, cupcakes and cookies. Lesley is happy to share her passion with students and looks forward to welcoming you all to class!
