What you'll do
From the James Bond Martini to Sex and the City’s Cosmopolitan, let us teach you how to recreate some of the most famous sips from the silver screen! Pair that with some movie trivia on the night and you’ve got yourself the perfect Friday movie night with a twist.
In this enlightening and educational 90 minute masterclass, our expert mixologist James will guide you through making some of the most iconic cocktails of all time. Mixologist James will demonstrate how to make two classic cocktails, The Martini from James Bond and The Singapore Sling from Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.
Then it will be your turn to roll up your sleeves, as our mixologist will teach you how to mix up three classic cocktails for yourself:
- The Cosmopolitan from Sex and the City
- The French 75 from Casablanca
- The Manhattan from Some Like it Hot
Throughout your cocktail adventure, you will also be enlightened with some fun facts behind the history of the cocktails, tips and tricks from the world of bartending and how to fashion some funky garnishes for your cocktails.

No experience is required! All equipment and ingredients will be provided. Our events are casual and meant to be fun, relaxing and interactive. This class is designed to be just as fun for the mixology enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting.

- Our Culinary Instructors to wear gloves and masks at all relevant times.
- Social distancing guidelines in place as groups will be seated an appropriate distance apart from each other.
- Guests are expected to wear masks whenever not seated at their table.
- Guests will be provided the option to wear gloves.
- Hands must be washed upon entering the venue, and hand sanitiser will be available.
- Any cooking equipment used during the experience is properly sanitised by our partner venue and our Culinary Instructor, as is always the case.
- All guests that participate in the experience together will have their own set of equipment and ingredients that will not be shared with other groups.
- Guests will be divided into work stations of 2-4 people.
- The space in which your experience shall be held is always sanitised before and after class, however our Culinary Instructors shall be taking extra precautions to ensure the space is safe to use.
- All guests, partner venue staff and our Culinary Instructors must attest that they don’t have coronavirus symptoms before being exposed to the experience.
