Let master chef and author, Yoshiko Takeuchi, take you on a natural weight-loss journey with healthy and sustaining Japanese superfoods. Yoshiko, who has frequented some of Sydney’s top kitchens, understands weight-loss doesn’t have to mean sacrificing the food you love.

Embrace a new meal plan or tweak your own with food high in fibre and low in calories, such as ‘Konnyaku’, a traditional Japanese jelly-like health food made from potato. The noodle version of Konnyaku ‘Shirataki’ is often referred to as ‘Miracle Noodle’.

In this workshop you will cleanse your body to boost your weight-loss journey, reap the benefits of Japanese superfood and its ability to boost your immune system, optimise your digestive system, stimulate your taste buds, all whilst helping you lose weight.

With Yoshiko's guidance, you'll create a tasty high fibre and low calorie meal, making the most of Japanese superfoods. You'll get healthy recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and get meal replacement options.
