Brigit was very helpful and knowledgeable, she is well organised and we had sheets with all the steps explained and all the information to make the bread successfully, it's really handy for doing it again at home, she even send us more documents by e-mail later.
Her bread was really tasty, so we really enjoyed lunch.
The hands-on part was great, I have learned a lot, definitely a class to do if you are interested in making your own bread or just want to learn the basics.

It was an intimate class as there were only 4 of us, so Brigit was able to give us individual focus and feedback. Her instructions were very clear and precise and gave me confidence in what I was doing.
