I am an artist, art teacher and art therapist, currently based in the Northern Rivers area of NSW. I've been holding regular classes in and around Ballina: Paint 'n' Sip classes (including birthday parties, holiday events etc) and workshops for adults and kids.There's something deep in all of us that loves to play with colours, longs to express, to tap into curiosity and delight. Kids can go there easily but as adults most of us have met our "Inner Critic" and ended up being terrified of our creativity! I love guiding people to rediscover their creative energies and express their uniqueness through painting.
