In this hands-off Sundowner session, you'll get to watch oysters get shucked live, try a range of different varieties with a myriad of delicious dressings and learn all about the heritage, provenance, seasonality, and farming of this stunning bivalve.
We're so lucky to have Salma hosting this class---she has a deep understanding of oysters thanks to her role at East 33, and is passionate about sharing the story of their products, industry and farming methods with consumers.
