These paint and sip classes with Kylie Johnson Art have been made especially for aged care homes, elderly birthday parties or in our casual classes either at your choice of venue or at the Bayview boathouse Art Studio.
Keeping our minds and bodies active is important at any age, but especially for the elderly. A great way to do this is through painting art, which is why these paint and sip classes have been designed specifically for the elderly and makes the ideal activity outing.
Throughout the class, students can enjoy BYO wine or tea, nibbles, cakes or scones. We are happy to organise more yummy treats upon request through a local caterer. Just let us know!
If you are in or near the Northern Beaches area then we can come to you for private groups of six minimum, or you can join us in our Bayview Boathouse Art Studio with your own private groups at a time that suits, alternatively join one of our regular classes listed.
After booking, we'll send you a selection of paintings to choose from for your private group. Send us a request for your preferred days/times to suit.

I am an artist/author and I create and publish wellbeing resources for kids and adults using my love of art and positive psychology. These resources encourage a positive mindset and self belief through creativity and mindfulness.
I love facilitating private groups for "Paint & Sip" classes for adults, or "Paint & Singalong" parties for children at my Bayview Boathouse Studio or as a pop up at venues to suit. It brings me the greatest of joy to see most people as beginners leaving proud and enlightened to how joyful, healing and satisfying painting can be! My classes can be catered for any special occasion, Team building, Xmas Parties, Corporate events, friendship groups, family, Aged care, fundraisers, hens nights, birthdays, parent/child, mothers groups or date nights. Otherwise you can come to my regular class with friends or come solo.
If you are a school, therapist or shopping centre looking for unique kids workshop ideas, or creative kids birthday parties, I do workshops using Arts & Crafts as a tool to teach children important values such as Gratitude, Kindness & mindfulness which helps children to live a happier life!
My Passion is to share all that I have learnt on my own healing journey helping everyone to feel the benefits of creativity, a positive mindset and the joy that painting/creativity brings to all ages.
The rest of the time you'll find me painting large canvases of all things beautiful; boats, holiday destinations & treasured moments. Commissioned art of loved ones, special memories and places are also welcome. If i had time I would paint everything beautiful that I see! :-)
