What you'll do
Looking for unique Brisbane activities? Join Wesley Taylor Art Studios for this hands-on alcohol ink class for beginners where you'll learn how to decorate one glass diffuser piece, then continue to make the essential oils for your own unique fragrance.
We'll be using alcohol inks on the glass diffuser to create a beautiful stained glass effect. We will initially do a wine glass to experiment with the alcohol ink on glass before proceeding to the glass diffuser. Experiment and admire the intense, vibrant colours of alcohol inks as well as discover how they merge together to create beautiful and unique patterns.
We'll then learn how to make a reed diffuser with a high-end fragrance. We love the way they secretly scent a room all day long, and the fact that as you move through the house, each room has its own signature scent.
Learn how to design and create a natural vegan-friendly reed diffuser with your signature scent. Go on an aromatic journey into the world of scent during this hands-on experience as you learn about fragrance.
This class is suitable for everyone, from beginners to fragrance connoisseurs. Make your diffuser as part of a public session and work in small interactive groups or go for a private class, ideal for a group of friends, a birthday party or team building activity.

Keen to add some nibbles to your paint and sip? We offer mouthwatering platters for you and your group to share! You can view platter information here and then choose your preferred platter as an add-on.
We recommend the following number for your group:
- One Platter per 10-15 people.

- Four platters for 36-45 people.
We have vegetarian platters too or you can request meat be taken out of any of our platters, however it cannot be substituted.

1k followersI'm a Brisbane-based artist, and I've been painting and drawing since my early childhood days. I was fortunate to receive a scholarship from the Queensland Art Gallery, which gave me ample opportunity to pursue my passion and hone my skills.
I'm very much inspired by the beauty and diversity of Australia. Many of my paintings focus on landscapes, surreal, animals and people. North Queensland is a particular favourite, and you'll see the influence of coral seas and mountain landscapes throughout my artwork. I have a post-impressionist style through which I try to capture the wonder of the world around us.
I specialise in pastel on card, and acrylic on canvas, though I'm also experimenting with abstract and air brush.
I've been fortunate enough to display my work in many art exhibitions, and have been the recipient of many prizes and awards.
I offer Paint and Sip sessions along with Clay and Sip sessions, both at discounted rates for ClassBento Patrons. I believe in bringing these experiences to the customer at the very best competitive price possible, the real Australian Way. The Retail on these sessions is RRP is $45 however I offer Clay and sip at $29 per person, and Paint and Sip sessions from $29 per person on the Cheap Tuesdays and Thursdays. Our Friday and Saturday nights are also the most competitive prices found in Brisbane discounted down to $29 per person. We offer the highest quality service with artist assistants to help customers with their paintings, along with the teachers. Our assistants will also run sessions so we will have two teachers for a single session. We have the largest range of paintings available with over 80 paintings on the gallery page of Wesley Taylor Art Studios, with the painting for each week can be found on the web page.
We have some new experiences coming available with Candle making and soap making. These will also be offered at the most competitive prices to bring them into reach for everyone. We hope you enjoy these sessions for a fun experience. The paintings are creative for maximum impact of colours, while keeping in mind for first time painting experience. Those with little more practice will create some amazing pieces
