4.9 (498)I have had the best life ever, following my passions. I have worked as a script editor and writer and been a course leader and senior lecturer in the UK in film and TV and before that I was an illustrator and artist.
For the last 5 years have become increasingly interested in informal learning. I run classes around Sydney in different venues and concentrate on my passion of growing succulents, art and the art of teaching. I go by the name classbunny.

What a great class. Pam was very informative and clear, very personable. The kits she sent out were amazing! The techniques were clear and fun to try and the peony we all painted at the end was so beautiful! Would highly recommend and I will be signing up for more classes.

This was a wonderful morning watercolour class. I learned lots of information regarding materials and each technique was broken down step by step helping each of us to produce a bunch of watercolour florals.

This was such a great after-work activity to get into the festive spirit! I love how Pamela upcycles her craft materials and finds ways to breathe new life into baubles. This is something I will likely continue doing each Christmas now!

I organised Pamela's Christmas Bauble Making class as a team activity and we all had the BEST time. Pamela was so organised, and came with a huge selection of materials that allowed everyone to create something that was truly unique to them and display their own artistic flair. Pamela was super helpful with all of her instructions and created a super fun, happy and encouraging environment. Would highly recommend this class for anyone wanting to get into the festive spirit! This class took me right back to doing Christmas crafts as a child. Such a nostalgic and happy experience. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to spruce up last years ornaments. Pamela had some great ideas and was super attentive. :)

I was so nervous before this class and although I love all arts and crafts, watercolour has always scared me. Pamela immediately made me feel comfortable and continued to support all of us during the class. I am very happy with the new skills I have learned.

The teacher, Pamela is a very experienced, she was attentive to any questions I or others asked. This really helped me be confident with the heaps of skills we learnt during her class. She was very encouraging. Also alot of fun. She introduced a lot of information for me as the beginner. The venue; A private garden in the beautiful Blue Mountains in Spring!The materials provided were generous and value for money.I thought this class was great value for money. I came home packed with lots of information, there was an energy filled with experience and fun, very creative and I would do another class with Pamela. Very please with what I learnt. A fun way to learn and enjoy/explore your creative side. The homemade afternoon tea was the icing on the cake. 10 out of 10 for me.

The class was really good. The length of the class allowed participants time to do the activities without feeling rushed. The teacher was clear with instructions and the content she delivered was well suited to beginners, easy to understand and apply.

What a wonderful Mother’s Day afternoon with Pamela. The Bento box was exciting to receive. Pamela’s class is guided at a relaxed pace with clear demonstration of techniques. A zoom class is a perfect way to work in your own space, testing out skills without comparisons! I’ll be booking more classes for sure.

I really enjoyed the outdoor floral watercolor painting workshop with Pamela. She was an approachable and talented teacher who made the process of painting various flowers and leaves easy to follow and implement. All good quality materials and an excellent afternoon tea were provided.

Lots of fun and great information. The kit was sent quickly and I had it 2 days before my class. Logging on to the zoom class was easy and straightforward. Pamela was so friendly and engaging. Like the title says this class is for absolute beginners. The information Pamela provided on the basics like paints, paper and brushes were really valuable and then running through different techniques. I learnt a lot and already enjoying playing around with the paints from the kit after class (picture). Thank you!

This was a great beginners class. We learnt the basics, but it was still fun. Ended the class by painting a floral pricture, incorporating what we learnt. Had a great time and ready to paint more!

This was the first time to attend online live lesson but Pamela always checked how we were doing so finally could made fluffy scones.
For measure ingredients, we used a tea cup, it was a very easy way to enjoy making scones.
She was very kind and a great teacher!

I loved the class. Instruction was clear and given in a friendly inclusive way, where everyone participating was checked in on with the teacher. My jam turned out sticky and delicious. My scones tasty and plump. The teacher was great at helping me alter mine slightly to make them gluten-free. What I liked is her understanding of the science of cooking and being able to explain why the butter must be very cold, the oven very hot and the reasons not to overwork the dough. A fun class for a Sunday. Recommend.

I really enjoyed this course! Pamela is a very patient teacher and has a great way of explaining the process of making Kokedama. It was also interesting to learn about of background information about these things.
I‘m definitely going to keep making them. I love my indoor plants and these also make a great DIY gift!

I recently organised Pamela's, Christmas Baules Ball class for our company social club. Pamela was well organised, had our packages sent and delivered quickly. The class itself was well structured and organised, it was alot of fun and everyone had a great time. Pamela hosted the class to let everyone be creative in their own way whilst still making it really fun. I would definitely use Pamela again and would recommend to her anyone, she has a very easy going personality and really adapted well to our group. Thank you Pamela until next time :)

I loved this class! The kit that was delivered was perfect to introduce me back into painting. The session was well designed and took us through the basics of watercolour flowers and leaves. I love that I can now spend time perfecting what I learnt. Can’t wait to do another course.

This was my first Class Bento experience with my daughter's participating too and it was really lovely! Pamela was wonderful at explaining the different watercolour techniques and we walked away at the end with our own beautiful art work. I took this class after I had taken Pamela's introduction to watercolour painting the week prior. This was a good introduction to the various techniques needed to be able to paint some basic florals. The class moves fairly fast and I'm very much still at the 'beginner stage' but I'm looking forward to putting into practice what I've learned over these two classes with Pamela.

Pamela was clearly highly skilled and articulate at explaining all techniques, tips and tricks including explains resources needed. She covered everything needed to start your own little watercolour painting self habit and now I have a set of samples and one great painting as well as new confidence and lots of new understandings about how to do watercolour painting

Pamela explained everything clearly and thoroughly, from materials to techniques. We brought our own materials, and she gave extremely helpful information about how our materials would work. Definitely using high quality watercolour paper is advised! Pamela gave lovely encouragement and feedback during the course, and we really enjoyed the interactions. With these techniques, we have continued to use our watercolours and make new pieces.

I booked this class as follow on to "Watercolours for Absolute Beginners". I also invited my friend who has no experience to join as well. We both loved it. Pamela is a very encouraging and experienced teacher. She always takes the time to encourage all students and to answer any questions from participants. This class was a really good introduction to watercolour painting - covering the tools and equipment you'd need to get started with watercolour painting. Pamela ran through a number of different techniques that we practiced alongside her; and at the end of the class we painted a large flower together. I've decided to join her watercolour flowers class to learn a bit more about this medium. A fun way to spend a couple of hours via zoom. The supplied kit had everything we needed for the class and then enough paint & paper left over to practice some things on our own afterwards.
