Master the art of pasta making and learn how to create our signature fettuccine from scratch with hands-on guidance from the Salt Meats Cheese experts using the finest seasonal ingredients and techniques.
Not entirely satisfied yet? Well, you will also learn how to make a sweetened cannoli ricotta cream to fill your cannoli shells and decorate them to your liking!
There are so many pasta-billities, even with the drinks! You can purchase a bottomless drinks package for the two-hour class, which includes prosecco, house wines and draft beers – just add it to your cart when booking.
Enjoy a glass of wine or beer upon arrival and devour housemade pizza slices during the class break and of course, all of your delicious creations at the end.
Finish the class with a brand new knowledge of pasta and cannoli and a recipe card with helpful hints and pointers, so you can feel confident making these delicious recipes for your next date night at home!

Originally based at Bourke Road in Alexandria, we have re-located our ‘Salt Meats Cheese Kitchen’ cooking school to our Circular Quay venue. At the same location is our newest addition, the fabulous rooftop Bar Ombre by SMC, now open for dining, sipping and events.
