In this class you will get a hands-on experience making pasta from scratch and learn first-hand how delightfully decadent fresh pasta is, and just how simple it is to prepare.

Then its time for the Cannoli – these sweet ricotta filled parcels of goodness are best served fresh and on the day of creation, so you will fill , dip and ice up these crave-able beauties ready for dessert to be enjoyed with an Espresso Martini….Bellisimo!

We will also let you in on the tips and trick to serving this Cocktail so you can shake it up like a boss for friends and family at your next get together.

Originally based at Bourke Road in Alexandria, we have re-located our ‘Salt Meats Cheese Kitchen’ cooking school to our Circular Quay venue. At the same location is our newest addition, the fabulous rooftop Bar Ombre by SMC, now open for dining, sipping and events.

Queensland venues include Surfer’s Paradise on the Gold Coast, and in Brisbane, West End, Newstead, South Bank with Woolloongabba coming soon, plus our infamous mobile Fuel Food Truck dishing out the finest wood-fired Pizza and Italian delights every day on location or look out for us at an event near you soon!!

Sarah was our teacher and she was just absolutely amazing. She made the class entertaining and she is clearly knowledgable about pasta making! She was very informative, helpful and super friendly. Who knew making pasta was super easy! You just need some muscles to help you with the pasta rolling bit! Definitely great value for money and will definitely recommend friends to do this class!
