What you'll do
Halloween isn’t just for candy anymore! Carve out some good times with our Halloween special edition pasta making class on the Gold Coast. Eat, drink and be scary!
To celebrate the spookiest holiday of the year, you will learn how to make a delicious pumpkin ravioli with butter and sage sauce (it definitely won't scare you away).
During the beginner-friendly pasta making class, you will learn:
- How to make and knead pasta dough
- How to roll out the dough using a pasta machine
- How to turn the pasta sheets into ravioli with pumpkin filling
After all the hard work is done, you can sit down with your favourite beverage for a delicious meal that is much better than overdosing on sweets.
Be dressed in your most Fab-BOO-lous costume or wear your scariest makeup to win dinner for two, no trick just treats! It'll be fang-tastic.

Originally based at Bourke Road in Alexandria, we have re-located our ‘Salt Meats Cheese Kitchen’ cooking school to our Circular Quay venue. At the same location is our newest addition, the fabulous rooftop Bar Ombre by SMC, now open for dining, sipping and events.
