Kick start your Saturday in the best way how with this class where you will learn step by step to craft the perfect dough, how to stretch it out like a pro, top it with your favourite ingredients and see it oven cooked to perfection.

Our pizza class is designed for pizza lovers of all stripes with no prior skills necessary!

While your pizza is in the oven, sit back and watch an SMC mixologist prepare your fresh margaritas.

You’ll be amazed by your own talent as you sit back to enjoy a well earned (and damn delicious) Sicillian Margerita and a spectacular pizza of your own creation plus our signature Nutella Pizza for dessert.

Please note that private group bookings incur an additional flat rate surcharge of $150 per class.

Originally based at Bourke Road in Alexandria, we have re-located our ‘Salt Meats Cheese Kitchen’ cooking school to our Circular Quay venue. At the same location is our newest addition, the fabulous rooftop Bar Ombre by SMC, now open for dining, sipping and events.

Queensland venues include Surfer’s Paradise on the Gold Coast, and in Brisbane, West End, Newstead, South Bank with Woolloongabba coming soon, plus our infamous mobile Fuel Food Truck dishing out the finest wood-fired Pizza and Italian delights every day on location or look out for us at an event near you soon!!
