Enjoy a fun pizza party with your friends or coworkers! Learn how to make the perfect Italian dough, experiment creating your own pizza with the best gourmet toppings, and learn how to cook them to perfection.

After preparing the perfect dough you can put your dough-tossing skills into practice by competing in a fun tossing challenge. Once you've topped your pizza it will go in the new Gozney oven - cooking the pizzas at 500 degrees for 90 seconds.

Our pizza making parties are perfect for your private event, hens party and fun corporate team building activities. For private bookings, this class can be held at your home, your chosen venue or in our fully equipped kitchen. Give your special event the ultimate touch and learn all the secrets from our experienced chefs to prepare the most perfect pizza, eat your delicious creation and enjoy a fun social experience with your friends and loved ones.

Antipasti
- Garlic bread
- Marinated olives
- Grilled and marinated seasonal vegetables
- Salumi and spiced nuts

Pizzas
- Buffalo mozzarella, tomato, basil
- Potato, garlic, rosemary, fontina, cream
- Cauliflower, spinach, wild mushrooms (vegan)
- Anchovy, olive, capers, oregano, tomato
- Salami, tomato, mozzarella, chilli flakes
- Spicy sausage, mozarella, broccoli, cream
- Prosciutto, mushrooms, tomato, thyme

Dessert
- Demonstration of tiramisu or fruits

Beverage
Complimentary two drinks of MoonDog & Stomping Ground Beers, sparkling wine, red wine, white wine or other soft drink.


On the day:
Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time of the class. We cannot accommodate or refund for those who arrival after the scheduled start time, even if you call ahead. The instructor will be expected to start on time and will not be able to repeat the health and safety and/or demonstrations at the beginning of the class.

Important info:
We can cater to different dietary requirements. If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking you must do this at least seven days before your class to cancel or reschedule. We are sorry that we cannot refund or rebook any cancellations made online or in person after this time. In the event that you are unwell we ask that you send someone in your place. The participants who are not unwell will still be expected to attend. Alternatively, if you provide notice prior to the class, you are welcome to collect the ingredients and online recipe to take home with you after the class. Please note that this may not be possible as fresh meats and seafoods in all cases.

Chef Hà Nguyen began his career in Hanoi local restaurants and the Hilton Opera Hotel before travel, study and work in Wellington, New Zealand –New Zealand Diploma in Cookery and Bachelor in Hospitality Management at Wellington Institute of Technology. Chef Hà has started with Intercontinental Hotel Wellington, working with Twelve Apostles Lodge Walk developing menu for Alkina Lodge along Victoria’s Great Ocean Road, delivering nourishing and fresh menus to clients.

He believes that cooking, eating and sharing should be an experience, not just a meal. He created OTAO Kitchen as an extension of his passion for food and to share this passion with others. Food plays an important role in his Vietnamese culture heritage and is central to his family life. Sharing a meal with family and loved ones is a traditional and happy experience. He wishes to extend this experience to you and welcome you to OTAO Kitchen.
