We had such a wonderful experience at the Mindfulness Collage Workshop. All of our expectations were met, and even exceeded. The teacher created such a warm, welcoming, and supportive atmosphere, and the space itself was calm, beautiful, and perfect for relaxing and creating. The guided meditation at the beginning was a real highlight. It helped us slow down, clear our minds, and unlock our creativity before we started our collages. It made the whole experience feel so much more meaningful and enjoyable.We left feeling inspired, refreshed, and proud of what we had created. We would highly recommend this workshop to anyone looking for a creative and mindful experience.

I had an absolutely incredible experience with Art 2Heal at the Creative Flame. Fabio and everyone there made it such a special time.The cacao ritual was so delicious, and the whole group energy was just amazing. I loved being part of it. The collage activity was especially powerful it started as just an idea but evolved into something much deeper. It brought together different topics and perspectives, and after I created it, it really guided me to explore my subconscious in a way I hadn’t before. The Creative Flame weekend course was a very profound experience for me in a beautiful, relaxed setting with a group of lovely people and our host Fabio who welcomed everyone warmly and openly and created a beautiful atmosphere for all of us to share and create. I would recommend this workshop to anyone who is interested to explore their inner psychic landscape, both light and dark, through art in a non-confronting, playful way.

The experience was amazing and more deep that I expected. Fabio opened his space and gave guidance for us to dig in what has been holding us back. We all felt a sense of connection and safe to share, supporting each other which was amazing to see. Such a great experience! From the begging of the journey with the hypnosis meditation, Fabio led us through with patience and kindness. We shared our own insights on what we saw during our hypnosis with the class, making us aware of each person’s story, which helped us to interact and cooperate while searching for imaginary to use for our collages. The process felt intuitive but also very organic. It was my first time creating a paper collage and will definitely not be the last! I absolutely recommend coming to Fabio’s workshop. It was a wonderful healing experience! I work as a counsellor and healer, this workshop still gave me a new insight and make me enjoy the here-and-now moment. I have only recently received this book and I brought 3. It deserves to be read and practiced.So get your paper, pen, scissors and glue you’re about to journey within.It is unique that the content has been thought fully put together. It offers online guidance in the chapters using codes, to support you.Quotes and theories are referenced. The author is kind and reassuring as Fabio gently guides you through the chapters. This book encourages you to go within and be curious of what arises.Its hands on can easily fit in my hand bag. The cover is beautiful!Thank you Fabio for a fabulous book!

What an outstanding experience. Fabio’s workshop was so much more than a class; it was given in the spirit of generosity, kindness, care, and individualised guidance. From the opening meditation to the closing moments, every element was thoughtfully woven to create a space where creativity and presence met in the most natural way.Fabio invited each of us to slow down, to listen inwardly, and to create from a place of genuine connection. It was such a surprising feeling to complete the collage and feel good about it! It was great to awaken my criativity as we normally use computers, our options are limitedless. But when I was forced to work with a limited number of resources and techniques (paper, collage, scissors, knifes, glues and markers), I had to expand and create from what I had in hands. Great exercise to feel more free in all other experiences in my work. Fabio is warm, knowledgeable and very helpful. His guided meditation opened up my mind's eye allowing me to create freely.

Spirit Animal Collage Workshop
I immediately felt my stress lessen and heartbeat slow as I arrived on the farm for the animal collage workshop. I immediately felt at home in the beautiful setting surrounded by nature and horses. Fábio guided us through a lovely meditation where we discovered our inner spirit animal and brought the animal to paper through a collage workshop. It was a cathartic and beautiful experience. Fabio shared his amazing life experience that led him to do his beautiful work and passed it on to us some of his knowledge on how to apply pic collage work.
