Ceramic Hand Building Workshop
I made my own taco plate here. I've always had trouble with tacos falling over when I eat them, but today I finally picked up my finished piece and I’m so happy! I even prepared tacos tonight to try it out. However, after baking, the plate shrank a bit, so I had to flip it over and use the other side, it worked just as well! I’ve received many help while taking classes here. Isabelle and Cameron have both been supportive and gentle in their guidance. If you have a unique idea you’d like to bring to life, I recommend coming here have some fun and making it yourself!

Absolutely loved my gift of ‘Trinket Tray’ Coffee & Clay experience at The Sunshine Lane today! Super easy to book using the QR code on the gift docket plus I bought extra tickets to take extra family! I received a request for coffee orders the day before our experience - non coffee options available! Staff were super friendly, easy going and efficiently handled our questions and requests. Even the non-crafters and young person in our group came away with impressive, personalised trinket trays which will always be treasured! We look forward to attending again!

I wanted to make a gnome as a nod to my late Dad. The support was fantastic and I would 110% recommend the class. I only did the one gnome due to the detail I put in but given the remaining clay to take home to make more. Very knowledgeable and supportive. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed. Thanks x

Everything was provided, I only recommended washing your hands regularly to avoid colouring the clay with your hands. I loved that there was so much left up to us to do with our imagination and was completely suitable and fabulous experience to have with my 7yr old niece

The class was absolutely wonderful, me and my 2 daughters loved every bit of it, The teacher was fantastic she gave us full creative freedom and helped us when we needed help. The textured painting materials we used made it so much easier to learn, and we were all so happy with our end result and being able to try something we hadnt done before so it was a lovely experience over all and well worth the time. Would absolutely come back!

What a great space for crafts. We loved the Miniature Garden workshop. It is suitable for both, children and adults alike and there is no limit fir imagination. Polymer clay is easy and fun to use.Thank you for teaching how to make these little cuties. Two weeks later and we still making them at home.

We booked for a friend's birthday and the class was perfect. The teacher was so welcoming and friendly, she helped us all throughout the session giving us tips and help when needed. She let us pick what we wanted to paint and I loved that she wasn't too pushy or involved, just helpfully guiding us all though the class. The venue is small and homely, with hot drinks and water available. I think the class was good value for money.

Really nice way to spend a couple hours. We arrived 20mins early but the instructor was happy for us to sit down and even let us start early. There was enough time and materials to make 3 gnomes. The workshop space is intimate and has a cute creative vibe. Overall a great intro to polymer clay and a nice relaxing experience.

Isabelle (my teacher) was a fabulous, encouraging and attentive. The Sunshine Lane is a cosy venue to learn in, with small class sizes to accommodate. We learnt how to easily paint with acrylic and compound mix to create 3D textured artworks. Would definitely recommend this class to anyone of any art ability, you'll have a great time!

This was a fantastic class with excellent coaching. I am a beginner with clay, but I am hooked. I really enjoyed letting my creative juices flow, I am not the best at creation and making it look perfect, but there was plenty of encouragement from our host. The terracotta hanging is just lovely and I can’t wait to hang mine somewhere.Thankyou for a fun class where there was excellent instruction and such a great environment for becoming engrossed and emerse yourself into mindfulness, I will be back
