In this class perfect for beginners, you will learn a bunch of raw easy and delicious recipes perfect for dinner. All ingredients are organic, gluten-free, raw and vegan!

Your experienced teacher will guide you step by step in this hands-on class and will assist you all the way, a perfect opportunity to learn about the raw diet and ask as many questions as you want. You will be preparing and tasting seven delicious raw dishes that you can also take home. See the mouthwatering menu down below.

At the end of the session, you will walk away stuffed full, of both knowledge and food. Take home all the recipes to continue enjoying this beneficial and delicious dishes at home.

Sample menu:

- Beetroot Soup: cashew garlic cream, fresh herbs
- Asian Noodle Salad: zucchini noodles, Asian greens, bean shoots, ginger sesame sauce
- Sprouted Buckwheat Pizza: roast veg, basil pesto, garlic cashew cream
- Indian Vegie Burgers: almond bread, spiced beetroot patty, carrot salad, herbed aioli
- Ricotta Lasagne: herbed cashew ricotta, spinach, zucchini pasta, tomato ragù
- Middle Eastern Plate: falafel kofta, cumin crisp breads, tabouleh, spicy carrot hummus, minted yoghurt
- Taco Salad Bowl: corn crisps, tomato chilli salsa, guacamole, cashew sour cream
