Interested in making resin art? Learn all the basics of this fun medium with Chelsey in Epping and make three fun and unique resin art designs!

Resin art is on-trend, and this hands-on class will provide you with everything you need to know about it. During this class, you'll create a 50cm round resin artwork, two 8cm round resin coasters and a stunning resin goddess with flowers!

Chelsey will personally help you create your own piece of resin wall art, coasters and goddess and you'll learn all aspects including:

What is resin and safety required using it.
What types of resins are suitable for particular projects.
The application and suitable surfaces.
How to use flowers in your resin.
Explore the mixing of different pigments, inks and colours and the different effects you get when mixed with resin.
How to get lacing (cells) in your resin work.

Your qualified resin artist Chelsey aims to bring all of her student's creative visions to life. She loves taking the time to get to know what you want to learn and will give you the knowledge and advice you need to take that giant leap into resin art during this masterclass.

You'll learn all the tips and tricks you will need to create amazing art in this class but even more importantly at home. This is a very intimate experience and is limited to two to three people per class to ensure your teacher has solid one-on-one time with each student.

Join this fun-filled workshop and create your very own resin art masterpieces. This workshop is for all levels and will give you the knowledge of epoxy resin techniques used in application.

A good attitude! Wear something casual as it can get messy.
You're welcome to bring nibbles and drinks but there will be refreshments offered throughout the class as well.

Chelsey is a Sydney-based fluid artist creating a visual psychedelic experience. Specialising in non-traditional painting methods, not using any strict guidelines on how the paintings should turn out, rather trusting the movement and flow of the medium.

Excess amounts of paint are poured onto the canvas and stretched, creating movement and intertwining colours. The art process is therapeutic and meditative and attempts to capture earthy elements inspired by geodes and aerial shots of natural landscapes.
