It was a great experience! I thought i wont be able to do it because it looks very complicated, but with the help of Kathryn, I managed to create some beautiful flowers inside a jelly Super proud and happy for myself! :) Thank you Kathryn you are awesome :)

I really enjoyed it, I’m glad i took the class and its worth the money and the trip to the mountain! Me and other students got to learn how to make the cute desserts and the learning process was the most enjoyable things of all.
It was very hands on and Kathryn is amazing teacher :)
I really recommend this class if you are curious about wagashi :)
