Focused on the visual and mindfulness side of bullet journalling, it complemented a course I previously took on the structure of bullet journalling (diary and collections) really well. It was a 30 minute session and a fun distraction from work as it was a lunch time session. (Winning at task bundling :) Thanks Icy!

This craft kit includes all you need to learn Sachiko embroidery. It is a self-learn kit with an instruction booklet and several patterns, and materials are of good quality - authentic Sachiko thread which was good to experience as it’s much nicer to work with than other embroidery threads, and not readily available in shops. It has two pieces of fabric that turn out great for use as a kitchen cloth and five small lots of thread. I did run out of blue thread trying to complete the yellow / blue pattern. Overall an enjoyable experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed this class. Yoko is a skilled and knowledgeable teacher. She explained and demonstrated the method and checked my work via the webcam. She also explained the history and old and contemporary materials. The class was well-paced and it was very satisfying to see the work take shape. The kit contained all the tools and materials needed, and sufficient supplies for additional projects. I’m already on to my next piece. It was the first time I have taken part in a hands-on workshop that was virtually delivered and it was really good.
