The biggest thankyou to Joel, an amazing teacher who is passionate about sharing his knowledge and skill. I am now confident to make amazing pastries at home. It was a great experience shared with a small group , plenty of opportunity to get hands on as well as ask plenty of questions . I would highly recommend this baking course, a must do for anyone that loves their Sunday morning croissant. :)

we had a great time learning the basics in our pottery class. Leanne is a fabulous teacher and very patient and demonstrates the procedures extremely well. We loved this short course and would highly recommend this course to anyone that would like to try pottery. We will be coming back for further lessons .
